We imported a parcel from China. The supplier by mistake filed an incorrect invoice with DHL China. The Invoice included only the product price, but missed the courier cost.
DHL India filed the Bill of Entry with this incorrect amount.
Once we learnt of the mistake, we asked our chinese supplier to amend the invoice with courier cost included.
However, DHL Express India bluntly denied to amend the Bill of India. They can simply amend it using the article 149. However, they are denying to support.
Due to this, our IDPMS is open with incorrect amount. Please help push DHL to support and close this case Was this information helpful? |
We have even agreed to whatever fees that DHL needs to solve this issue. However, they bluntly denied to solve it.
