DHL Express India — Courier not handed over - waybill#[protected]

Hi,
Our client in US sent a package to our company through DHL courier on 10th December 2020. As per tracking the package has to reach us on 22nd December 2020. The package was held in Bangalore customs. DHL asked us to provide KYC details. We provided our IEC, GSTIN, AD code letter from bank, address proof and authorization details. In spite of repeated reminders the package was not cleared and they are informing that the address proof is not matching with the client given address. It is our factory address and we have given all address proof but DHL KYC team has not approved and cleared our package from customs. We are sending all our courier through DHL and we wonder how come we could not receive the courier sent from our client. Do DHL KYC team see the proof what we have given and get clarified from us as we have given our mobile number. If this continues we have decided not to give our courier to DHL in future because of their worst service.
