I was charged remote area charges on a shipment for which I was denied that the area does not lie in the remote area by DHL executive on call. (5th March 2021 at 14:34 by ********12 to [protected])
(I did not have remote area list during the initial shipments so I called DHL customer service and got the answer that the area does not lie in remote area.)
Hence I shipped, but in billing RAS were mentioned.
After talking to Mr. Muzammil ( DHL claim advisor) for a long time, got the answer that I need to coordinate with query team. He concluded it was mistakenly told by DHL executive, it was a human error due to some technical issue.
Then Query team rejected the charges waive off request with the reason that the charges are correctly billed as the pin code lies in remote location.
Dhl's negligence cost me these additional charges. The technical and human error is done on DHL's part. Absolutely disgusting.
(Case opening date:- March 13 .and date I got final pathetic resolution is April 20.)
