We have placed an order for import of stud finder to locate electrical wiring inside walls to protect us from electrical shock while drilling for fixtures from HUIKOO LTD London on 10.6.22 costing £22.99 excluding shipping charges £19.29 from DHL EXPRESS.
The product was supposed to deiver on 20.6.22. by airmail, airway bill no.[protected].
The parcel had arrived on 14.6.22 while the delivery date to Chennai was 20.6.22.
DHL india asked us documents like copies of order and Bank statement details which were submitted without delay by emails.
All the necessary required documents were submitted in pdf formats and all documents screen shots were also sent via emails.
To our disappointment the clearance support staff continued to say the documents were not received while we have the proof of emails sending pdf dcts and screen shots in our smart phone.
She is not even responding to our query whether the documents were submitted to customs authorities for clearance. She is indifferent in not responding to our mails.
Under the circumstances we are at a loss to understand whether we should proceed to initiate further action as considered appropriate to resolve the issue.
Kindly help us in taking up the matter as early as possible to resolve the dispute.
