The material was required urgently and hence booked on 24.11.2021 and reached on 27.11.2021 by express mode.
The KYC team of DHL did not specify any documents required and mentioned that KYC was to be completed.
Every time we called them, they asked for new documents and the process was held up for 3 days.
On 29th. I received Mail confirming approval of documents.
On 30 November 2021, when I called the Helpline, I was informed that KYC is still not completed in spite of receiving a mail on 29th.
The KYC staff were Arrogant, in Arrogant, inefficient And did not read the documents we had sent.
