DHL Express India — dhl charging custom fee of 4054 inr on my item shipped from us

I have won a gift item from website Tripleclicks.com, which is "Roku Streaming Stick", and on 14-Mar-2019, Carson Services has shipped the item to India through DHL Courier.
Once it arrived to INDIA on 20-Mar-1029, DHL has sent me custom fee of 4054 INR, after paying that only I can get my item delivered. I really don't understand
how come the custom fee if 4054 INR for the item which is worth Comparatively less approx 3500 INR in India market. Also it's so small and hardly weighted 0.5 KG. Please suggest what am I suppose to do in this case.
