DHL Express India — Irresponsible package tracking and process

Dear Consumer India,
I have two shipments from DHL with Waybill number :

Its been more than a month now i am calling them everyday in customer care and asking for the update of shipment but there is no respond from them. Actually when i call customer care they always come up with some requirements are pending from my end but i don't get any call or mail from DHL regarding the same and they promise me to get the call back from customs team but no update form them as well.
