I had courier my mobile phone in august to u. Sa (Amazon company) using dhl services. Since then i am checking with amazon and they are telling they have not received the production and dhl courier is telling they have sent the product. From past three months its causing mentally irritated. The cost of my mobile was $549 as i bought from america and i had returned as it was causing some issues to me. So i returned to amazon for repair.
I need the amount from dhl company as they were not able to deliver. Please help me as soon as possible
