DHL Express India — Not following covid guidelines | |||
Recently I shipped a parcel using a retail outlet of DHL Express in Mumbai. This concern should be taken up by DHL express for all their outlets so I don't think it's needed to specify the center. In these times of Covid-19 we all are required to maintain social distancing and when it comes to shops and offices the concerned official or shopkeeper is expected to moderate the situation and ensure safe social distancing in their office. At this DHL Express center which itself was hardly 10x10 feet, at the counter the official allowed all in queue outside people to enter inside while I was not yet done and at a time they allowed 5 people in a small place. See the photo, you can see 3 people plus I am the fourth and there was one behind me. So 5 people were standing in a crammed place. DHL must ensure that they strictly follow the covid-19 guidelines of temperature check, social distancing and only one person at the counter at a time, no matter what.
