DHL Express India — online transaction | |||
DHL INDIA website is a fraud/misleading. Prior to filling out the shipment pick up and delivery information, the method of payment was made a mandatory choice of CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Even after selecting that option my credit card payments didn't go through and shipment arrangements failed. It took more than 30 minutes to finalize the shipment details and then payment did not go through with an error that credit card payment option only accept amount no more than rupees 2.00, which is ridiculous, isn't it? I contacted customer care and the person did not know anything about online arrangements. The whole process killed my one hour which is not fair. I would not sue them but let them know that improvements are needed. Was this information helpful? | |||
