My package from UK was suppose to be delivered long back. My parcel is small token of gift from client website. I put the same address on my package as it is on my id card. The product delivered from origin has different address but although it was clarified by showing email, invoice and AWB which has same product name. Now i dont understand just on what basis they have come to a point to needing more proofs when i have already made it cleart! For more than one week through their constant messages, they harassed me and kept on rejecting my clarification on address origin. The clearance department of the company is of no use. For days they are stretching to keep on rejecting So i mailed them the copy of my purchase mail. they just don't want to clear my package, they are delaying unnecessarily.hey don't want to intentionally clear my package so they can't earn money by applying extra warehouse charges.. After reading a lot of customer reviews, i believe they are doing this with many customers. Not only this is a harassment to customers but the morale of the company is so pathetic. Holding on to small packages for these kind of reasons, this should be taken seriously & held responsible. I request the incharge to help deliver package without any further delay or any charges. As this has already been late, i can ask for refund not I'm just been polite to not ask for it. Kindly respect that and quickly deliver my parcel. Was this information helpful? |
