I'm very much in trouble when I get a message from DHL express regarding my KYC document verification wide package number [protected]
I'm a small business man just going to start import business of Cut grass carpets. I sent the TT amount of samples to the Chinese company and sent my address as per my Aadhar Card. The DHL express delivery office is just 8 kms from my house but it is having different pin code. Whereas in my aadhar card it's different pin code. Now as the samples in Dubai to be shipped to india, the DHL express customer care executive called me and asked to submit KYC documents. I submitted my aadhar Card but they said they can't clear the samples as the pin code is different and it is not in serviceable Area of DHL express.
I requested many times but they refused to clear the shipment until the same pin code KYC submitting. I told them that it's not my fault because while booking from China they didn't found my pincode so they added another pincode where DHL express deliverable Area is shown in there website. Even the sender and myself is ready to submit any type of declaration but the DHL express customer care executive refusing it.
I don't know with this small error, why DHL express is showing such rude attitude towards there customers. I spent around Rupee ten thousand for these sample pieces. The customer care executive told me that we will wait for 30 Days and after that will dispose it.
I'm very much worried about my future prospect of business as in the beginning itself. Was this information helpful? |
