It is the fourth day and it is still stuck there. On your website you have mentioned that your representative will contact me. They don't even attend properly, how can I expect them to call me and inform?
Yesterday your representative was saying something else. Today I called in the morning he conveyed something else.
If you had such an issue why did you pick up the parcel from the origin??
