DHL Express India — Shipment not cleared by customs

AWB No [protected] received in Bangalore on[protected] and not delivered to me. Contacted your customer care and as guided i have uploaded 1) KYC and subsequently forwarded the required evidences through e-mail like 2) a technical writeup 3) Invoice from vendor 4) a revised invoice from vendor for mismatching in total amount. All these details were called for from me in a piece meal basis. One after another for the past two weeks. Despite providing the requisite document the shipment is not yet cleared and not informed the current status through mail. on[protected] evening also I contacted customer care and told that it is in the funal stage of clearance and no further records are required from me. Further a decision on this wil be updated within 48 hrs. I have attached the e mail for your read reference and requesting to to do the needful actions for an early delivery.
