My shipment tracking number is [protected]. The package should be delivered to the destination by Nov 13. But the package has not been delivered till date. My concerns below.
1. I received an email first saying the address details are not correct while the address details I mentioned in the first place are sufficient enough for the delivery as same address was used for my other orders on other websites. I did alter the address details and gave more elaborate information and alternate contact numbers are also provided. But the package was not delivered.
2. I have raised service requests for 5 times and replied to the emails with the same address 5 times and called the service agent for 4 times so far. My consignee also has been calling from the other side to the service center.
3. The delivery agent has not gone to the address I mentioned because I got an email that the delivery attempt failed as there were no people present at the destination while there are actually people present at the destination. They have not got any calls from your team at least asking for the address or any information.
4. When the consignee volunteered to call to the service number and requested to deliver the package at a service point, your team agreed and they have not delivered it at least to the service center till date. Was this information helpful? |
