I booked a shipment of 13 big boxes (250kgs) on august 5, 2019 (Dhl dehradun), and was assured of express delivery with a week. It reaches in kyoto my destination nearly in a month and sent back by dhl japan, saying that it contains some 'plant protection products". I asked dhl dehradun and delhi office to please clarify what items come under plant protection products and after removing them send once back to me.
Dhl delhi didn't care to ask and sent back the shipment, which took another three weeks to reach kyoto. Dhl japan again sent back my shipment stating the same reason that it contains plant protection products. Today is november 25, 2019, and i am still waiting for my shipment.
I complain a couple of times to their head office, customer care head, but i didn't get any satisfactory answer. Last time i asked a couple of questions, and they hardly care to answer me about those questions regarding my shipment.
This has caused me immense mental stress and inconvenience. I don't understand who to complain further. Was this information helpful? |
