Why does dhl not charge a extra covid charge and deliver the goods in time ? why does your esteemed company resort to such unfair practices of generating warehouse charges unnecessarily and delaying urgent goods delivery to a customer ? you have charged me rs 2595.92 as warehouse charges for no error on our part. Infact the delay in delivering the consignment is fully on dhl express india. The awb is [protected] dated 26 june 2020.And the invoice number is bom789926 dated 14 july 2020.
