DHL Express India — Way bill - [protected]/ Delivery without advance notice

Though my KYC is approved but still I got KYC procedure letter through courier.

The bad part is the courier boy came twice without notice. He says, he did not have my phone number????

Kindly ensure that my main consignment is delivered with prior notice.
