DHL Express India — Worst service by DHL India

I had ordered a package from Austria. I got dispatched from Austria on 6th and was supposed to be delivered by 15th September. After delaying for a long time and doing different procedures. I received an email from them a few days back that they will destroy my product as it has a little silver component in it. What the hell is this?!? Have they gone crazy!! I had paid so much for the product to get it destroyed. I was even ready to hire a private courier service but they have an hold on my product and aren't ready for that. Kindly ask them to deliver my product ASAP and take a strict action against such pathetic organization.They are nobody to destroy my product for which I have paid so much.Worst ever service recieved by DHL India.
