Dhl India — DHL stole my courier and now wont even respond

DHL clearance agent Samta Sarge made excuses for 3 weeks just to steal my courier at the end of the day. My courier was only 4 lbs which is a courier, it can’t be cargo but after 3 weeks of sending her all documents and unnecessary paper work she said you have to hire customs clearance representative to get your 4lbs courier which is according to her understanding is cargo. DHL India specially DHL Mumbai is worst nightmare
This courier service should shutdown, bunch of liars and thief’s. DHL people are worst than beggars and street thiefs ... Shame on you DHL
