Dhl India — My parcel has been stuck with them since Oct 2021

My parcel : [protected] that I sent in October to my family in India for Diwali has not yet been sent to them . I have send them all the documents and information they needed so far, but no luck . They even charged me extra for excess baggage without informing me . Their customer service is very disappointing with everyone in the team giving us different information about what is required to clear and send the parcel . I have also asked that they send me proof that my parcel is still with them and intact, but no luck . Any help you can provide to clear and send my parcel to my family will be much appreciated.
