I have got connection of digicable agra in june 2018 from my local cable digicable operator lalit. I have got proper dish only 15days after dish is not coming. I visit to many time to his shop but he is unable to solve my problem.
Finally i have said to lalit please give my back my advance payment. He is deny.
I am in problem kindly provided solution.

    We pay you every month for giving us proper service but your company is so damn faq and irresponsible they even dont know how to do there work.
    From more then 10 days there is no signal on cable service and service provider of our area doesn't seems to listen he simply ignore our complains this story repeats again every month our service provider even the company both are irresponsible and doesn't deserve to work.

      I am dr gupta my tatasky i d is [protected] and registered mobile no is [protected]
      We are not able to view sony channels on our tatasky connection since 12 days
      We have paid the recharge amount till march 2019
      In spite of repeated complaints our problem has not been solved
      We watch only sony channels. Everyday we call them a complaint is written but no response is taken
      Tatasky has issues with sony people but we as consumers are suffering

        I am facing problems with the DIGICABLE Set top box. Since, morning it is being showing the same message stating that - Software update in progress Please wait a few moments.

        I have tried connecting our local cable operator Mr. Tausif - [protected] is not responding correctly.

          I am new user of ta digicable and started it service since jan'18 but after one month from feb'18 there are no channels upon in touch with local cable operator received updates that digi has shifted and new setup box serial numbers has to be shared for successful viewing the same has been shared but till now nothing has been done, i request digi team to look into this and solve the issue at once.

            Sir,
            We are using digicable from a long time, but due to some family issue we was not used setup box for a month and after one month we requested to cable operator to connect the cable but he refused to do so... Then we asked them so he was telling firstly you have to pay for the last month. We refused to pay because we have not seen tv for a single day but he didnot do that and refused to connect the cable.
            And after one month i gave him 300 rs for contuning the services but still he did not connect the cable...

              all the cartoon channels are being aired in telugu language from the past one month

              I reside in hyderabad...in my area all the cartoon channels except pogo are being aired in telugu language... We've been complaining about this from the past one month but there is no response from the operators.. They're just giving excuses but not doing anything to resolve the issue. Atleast they can provide a language selecting option so that we customers can select the language as per our convenience....

              I stay in sultan nagar, ag colony, erragadda,
              It's been 2 months since no proper channels are being telecasted and always there is a problem with the set top both says no signal, the local operator is not responding to the calls and neither there is any response when you reach their office.
              They have been saying they are going to change the set top boxes and then we can have all channels being telecasted which has not happened till now. Can someone look into this

              All English infotainment and kids channels are in Telugu, no option to change language and there is no customer support at all.

              The website is inaccessible, complaint numbers are barred from incoming, no nodal officer contact.

              Customers are virtually disconnected from any mode of support.
              Please send someone for new cable connection as nobody turned me and I am trying to contact executive from last so many days for registration
              There is not telecast the various channels in Agra (Mustafa Quarters) by Digi cable operators i.e. ZEE TV, ZEE Cinema, Zee News, & TV, & Pictures, Ganga, Mahua, Bhojpuri Cinema, Bhojpuri Sangeet etc.

                Sir i have a problem of digi cable that its not provide a services for all tbe cities in same manner, sir i have recited in jaipur and from past 15 days digi cable not provide the sony channel services and he was charged my cable charges as normally that all other service provider charges. But after pay the full amount he did not provide the full services as he will provide to the customers.
                I also contacted to jaipur customer care team and also operation manager but he will not provide a satisfactory answer and told that it will start on next week next week abd so on but they will not provide a single channel which i was very dissappointed for the digi services which will get effected the company reputation also, because if anybody ask which digital service is best and which is not good so i do not suggest a name to start a digi cable service which is also not for a good sign for company...

                  This is to inform you that your. Service at our area is in trouble for more than 6 months,
                  Sometimes will live for 15 29 minutes and go offline then it does. Not works for weeks

                  Several times spoken to cable operater he is unable to help he is saying the issue is from the base. Staion

                  We have been paying the monthly rental rs. 300/- with out having the service.

                  Request you to address the issue and confirm.

                  Iam a resident of hyderabad in jeedimetla. From last two months all the cartoon and infotainment channels are being aired in telugu.I have complained a lot but no response from the local cable operators, atleast provide language selection.

                    Its been almost three to four days that we are facing unavailability of network in our area. when contacted to the given number they wont respond. neither they do resolve complaints nor do they connect us to the corresponding community.why aint they taking complaints?? do we need to change our network connection..if this is the case with this connection or what ever it is i guess in a span of few days no house is going to use this connection.

                      Writing in regard of a serious matter that needs your attention. We really *believe in good service of digicable compared to others like hathway and likewise competitors of yours*.
                      Now unhappy about your religious discrimination, we were really happy with the channels you introduced in ramazan the test channels which were islamic channels. Now they have been blocked and shows black screen.

                      I would request you to just enable one test channel among all those the one i am talking about is the test channel no: 3 which is channel no: 27 in hyderabad. The real name of that channel is madani channel a very beautiful channel.

                      Really want to hear out from you people regarding this channel and want this channel back on digi cable as soon as possible, here iam writing on behalf of all my neighbouring societies as well. The channel provider shiva cables owner says there is nothing in his hand and could not do anything on this issue.

                      Requet you to please look in the matter seriously and solve it as soon as possible.

                        I have recharge my setup box on 2nd of october-2016 & pay rupees 300 to Sai cable at airoli. But my cable not started yet. When i am going to Sai Cable office located at airoli sector 4 the persion saying its start within 1 hrs.Could you please help us to resolved the issue.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          We have a Digicable Cable DTH TV since long and after the digitilization, the service provider is pathetic. Does not Respond to problems, always problems, we are paying a monthly amount of 200 but it is of no use. They operator does not respond, very bad service and even after multiple complaints no use. We had spend some thousands of rupees on buying the settop box and paying hundreds of rupees for such kind of pathetic services. Request you to please look into the same and provide thier corrective actions.

                            No signal quite often by S.B cable network in my second TV. Also your provider charges execess money from me as compared to my opposite bldg. Now he is again arbitrarily increasing charges by misrepresenting that govt has raised charges by Rs. 150. When asked abt the govt notice the provider spoke rudely and refused to show it. Rgds Ghosh

                              Digi cable office is Worst office in the Hyderabad, they are unable to Provide the Cable box for the customers. Actually what happen is the cable box provided by the Digi cable are not working and they are not replacing the cable boxes and just time passing. I've visited 4-5 days and they are not responding to the customers, Many of the customers are not happy with the services.

                                  Digi Cable network is not all they claim they are. First of all, they claim that they don't fluctuate like others as far as pricing is concerned. That's a lie. . During the conversation with their "Local Digi cable Provider " Belapur office : [protected] He claimed that they are installing new software due to which their is an inconvenience with the service, and it will last till evening... apparently next day they had the same excuse to give me & expected me to wait till next day... But the rest all subscribers in the society had no issues regarding the same... I do understand that there must be a SO called Tech issue, but how long should it persist...??? Does the Digi cable tech support team is no so Concerned about it... Toll Free Number : [protected] I dont think that there is someone to take care about your concern when you call on this no. Coz its just an IVR which says Thank you for calling Digi Cable, all our CSRs R busy, We really appreciate your patience, will answer you shortly ..& We are not operational on Regional Festival..., Its Friday, June 26, 2015, No Regional Holidays I believe... & no one can believe My call was ringing for almost 30 to 40 mins twice & was suddenly on Mute... Doesnt the Word Begining with "F" comes to the Mind... They make it very difficult to get to someone for help.

                                    I have been using Digicable set top since past two years. Eventually all the channels we preferred to watch started getting distorted one by one and then went blank. They were removed from the list of channels later. The problem still persists. The local cable company says it's not their fault and donot take calls unless when they come to take money. We pay our bills on time and still we have to face this problem. I would like this issue to get resolved immediately.
                                    This set top box is provided us by from our daily cable connector.
                                    but its not working properly. always we have to call our cable person to set and check this digi cable.

                                    I am not happy with your services.

                                    Try to resolve it fast otherwise I have to remove this connection.

                                      digi cable is worst service till now i had never seen it. when i called to head office in hyd, they told that we gave sub contract you should look after them. is the way you digi cable guys speak with the costumers. you should take necessary action .
