Bad service

We are located in jkc college road guntur we get no response when disconnected no response from given contact numbers so what is the use of maintaining staff and collecting service charges still in 2021 we had this kind of experience...

No internet access from 10pm to 6am

Hi,

I live in Guntur Andhra Pradesh, few months back we had a broadband connection thru Transmedia network. At first things went OK with intermittent issues. Recently from a month back I'm unable to get intenet at night hours i.e ~9-10pm to 6-7 am Ist. We complained to service provider customer from the day it's happening, till now no proper action is taken. I want to forward to escalation authorities.
