      We are located in jkc college road guntur we get no response when disconnected no response from given contact numbers so what is the use of maintaining staff and collecting service charges still in 2021 we had this kind of experience

          Hi,

          I live in Guntur Andhra Pradesh, few months back we had a broadband connection thru Transmedia network. At first things went OK with intermittent issues. Recently from a month back I'm unable to get intenet at night hours i.e ~9-10pm to 6-7 am Ist. We complained to service provider customer from the day it's happening, till now no proper action is taken. I want to forward to escalation authorities.

          Please let me know the procedure.

            Hi, This is with reference to our cable service provided by our cable service operator, Transmedia Networks (As per the receipt and formerly Deltanet.com). Address:#368-0, Shanthi Nikethan Layout, 80ft Road, Sai Baba Temple Road, Arakere Village, B.G Road, Bangalore - 560076 Cable service always shows "Technical Problem - Settop box is unable to receive the signal" This problem exists for close to 15 days and fed up calling the operator, explaining the problem along with address details each time. We have called more than 20 times and no complete resolution provided. Mobile Numbers we have contacted: [protected], [protected],[protected] Invoice for October-2015 is attached for reference. If their payment mode is prepaid then customers would also expect good service from the operator. I would request to take this forward and do the needful. Thanks in advance. Best Regards, Krishna
