I am not able to view the star sports channel even when the cricket world cup has already begun. It hurts. I am a resident of Gilbert Hill in Andheri west, Mumbai. Digicable is the name of service provider. The channels are not shown to us since last 4 to 5 months. When inquired, the cable operator just says that he is working on it and i should be able to view the channels soon. Six months back even the monthly charges have been increased.

    There is no bloody cable connection available its only there at the time of payment. I think this all a scam and fraud. My cable operator trinetra of west Delhi he is no help and even misbehaved with me. This the most worst cable service provider. I stay in ramesh nagar. Fix my problem as soon as possible if you are even little bit ashamed.

      Hi I am using Digicable connection from last 2 years, the service was provided by Sargam Shop No. 4, Vihang Residency, Plot No. 23 A, Sector 6, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, last month my set top box went faulty, I called up these guys, and they checked the box and told us its faulty and it to be replaced, There were few options put down for the change of set top box 1) If the box is faulty, then if the box can be repaired, then I have to pay them Rs. 300 and the repaired box will have no warranty 2) If the box is faulty and can not be repaired, then I will have to take a new box that will cost me Rs. 1500 with one year warranty 3) And there was one another option by the Saram guy, he will provide me a second hand box, which will cost me Rs. 700, and when I no more want to use the digicable service, I should return the box ONLY to him, and at that time he will return me Rs. 300, this was some kind of a secret deal according to him, the above option will only be available with he has an replacement box with him So if this is happening around, he might have give my faulty box to some other use with the above condition These guys are cheating the consumers and making money Its over a month, and still there is no set top box Below are the details of the set top box (Hope it went for Repair) Model No. DVB - C8080CL STB S/N: 4031'[protected] CAS ID:[protected] My Address, B - 101, Vihang Residency, Plot No. 23 A, Sector 6 Nerul, Navi Mumbai Service Providers Address Sargam, Shop No. 4, Vihang, Residency, Plot No. 23 A, Sector 6, Nerul, Navi Mumbai Please Help

        Purchased a new set top box by paying Rs 1500 worked by 2 days and then stopped. Showing no signal as error message and asking to contact local operator. When contacted local operator, with so many hurdles and 8 days duration, they advised to reach Degicable Centre for replacement. When we reached, Digicable Cetre, they replied, there is no stock available for replacement and advised to contact local operator again. When we reached local operator, no one is giving the contact number of the owner and not responding to the problem. Local operator is located in Tolichowki, Hakeem Pet.           From last 2 months cable gets disconnected 3 to 4 times daily for indefinite period and whenever I call local cable operator he does not responds to the phone and many times hes switches off his cell phone. I am highly irritated by these kind of fraud services. Apart from this almost all the english movie channels are not coming from last one month. I want my complaint to be resolved at the earliest as this is my second complaint on this forum and no solution was provided till date.
          Digicable customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              almost every day digicable automatically says "change in network,please wait".then auto retuning happens and after that some channels get disappeared and there is no audio for some channels.cable operator does not solve this problem.they just give some excuses.i am bound to say that digicable is worthless to use and so is cable connection.if i have the opportunity to take some branded connection then surely i will do that.

                no espn star sports

                there is no espn or star sports or star cricket on my digicable set top box! this has been since two weeks and i am missing all my sports action due to this.i have a set top box installed then too i am not getting these channels....

                Sir,
                I am Jit Bhattacharjee, resident of Ashoknagar Kalyangarh, West Bengal. My complaint is that we,the residents of Kalyangarh are not getting all the TV channels clearly.. The channels are not available after channel number 70 just because of the irresponsibility of local cable operator. All the other operators of our locality are providing good service except ours. We have complained this matter to them. But they have not taken necessary steps to solve this issue. We are getting signal of Digicable. Please take necessary steps as early as possible.

                  About Service provider and reception person of provider

                  We are using dg network for last 1 year but our service providers didn't give a service as good as they have to give it . And last night cable came from STB had a current in it . But nobody came and solve this problem ... plz take serious action on this ... specially on provider ...
