Sir, dt on 17.06.2021 timing 6:05 – 6:15 pm when i was waiting for bus from pahar ganj police station bus stop at last 45 mints, After 45 minutes, comes the bus of route 351 inderlok metro station to kalyanpuri whose no DL-1PD- 5605, But the driver did not stop the bus at the bus stop and put the bus a little ahead of the bus stop, I go there and request the driver to open the gate of Kerry, the bus driver did not open the door citing the red light I told the driver that you did not keep the bus stop, I will complain to you and I left, I did not complain. On 18.06.2021 Same Driver Route No 351 Bus No DL 1PD 5605 Time 06:10 to 06:15pm As soon as I arrived at Pam Pahar Ganj Police Station bus stop I gave the hand to the driver and he called the gate and said that I will not take you because you told me yesterday that I will complain to you and made the bus to the side that you will not be taken to the bus, 85% were senior citizens, I told the driver that I did not complain, but the driver says that whatever you want, The bus won't go. and answered all the rides When the driver answered the people below, then I complained to the driver on[protected], the complainants who were attempting from there talked to the bus conductor and told me that you keep sitting in the bus, I will see how the bus is not working The driver knocked me down from the bus and closed the gate and took the bus.
