I've lodged a complaint on 15th august regarding the girf deal i purchased for rainforest restaurant for 15th august. The restaurant refused to accept the deal and i had to pay the complete bill and also the amount for the purchasing the coupon from dineout. I'm at a big loss at this stage.
I was informed on 16th august that my complaint has been escalated and will get back to me in 7 days time. I waited and then after a week they tell me more 2 days, i waited then again they said 1 more day i waited and waited. They also told me they'll be giving me a call back which i didn't receive yet. Such a shame. They won't respond to my email but have the guts to say i wasn't available for the call.
You can see their chat section it doesn't even feel like a human is on the other side. It seems like a complete automated response with no resolution.
Today i called once again at their customer support, the representative (Mahesh), stated this issue has been resolved, which clearly hasn't happened yet. I'm involving you into this in a hope of getting this issue resolved soon.
