[Resolved] Dineout — I am complaining about dineout for not refunding my money | |
On 19 oct 2021, i had visited the flying dutchman, noida sec-32 at 1pm and another reservation at skyhouse cafe and bar, noida sec-135. While paying the bill at the fyling dutcman, i wrongly paid the bill amount to skyhouse cafe and bar via paytm - an amount of ₹4400 On the same day i contacted dineout support and raised a ticket with number 642356 It has been 3 days (As of today, 22 october) since my ticket was raised and issue was registered. Initially, i was informed by your support team that it would take couple of working days to issue the refund i had sought. I had received an email from [protected]@dineout.co.in saying they are "working on it" but i haven't received any email from them after that, nor have they replied to any new email sent. I hereby seek a refund of the amount wrongly paid at the skyhouse cafe and bar Attached below are the supporting documents viz., payment invoice of skyhouse cafe amd bar, payment invoice of the flying dutchman and the actual copy of the bill from the Flying Dutchman Was this information helpful? | |
