Dineout — account- complaint no. 317705

I sh****a have been a member of dinout since september 2016 and have been actively dining out, but off late while i was in cochin and tried to book a restaurant Rasoi in fort kochi to my dismay i found out that my acount was used lastly in hyderabad a day earlier on 3rd august for approx 560 rs and my earnings and wallet was used, the account was showing with the name of karthikreddy from hyderabad, the dineout earnings left in the account at that pt of time were 1500 approx, but since i couldnt find my name hence i logged out immediately thinking it to be threat, but now i cant relogin using my mobile no. or email id both show as new account sign up.
My email id registered was sh******[protected]@rediffmail.com and i have all mails from dineout for all the bookings made since 2016

I need immediate action on the same and my credits reverted back and compensation for this threat. all my credit cards and netbanking was atatched with the application.
i have lost all the trust and had to delete the app immediately. I am also going to file a complaint of this ggofup on consumer forum and cyber frauds.
