Dineout — Dineout is not refunding my own money

Made a reservation through dineout and decided to pay through dineout. I added an amount of 2000 for the bill payment but it did not got added so again added the same amount. After i made the payment i saw that the money had been added twice. It was a fault in their app and i now have 1.6k in the wallet (I used 2.4k). When i check again they have some hidden clause the money in the wallet cannot be refunded. Instead of displaying this information on the top they have very conveniently added this as an answer to some mostly asked questions. They are fooling the customers by giving offers on paymemt through app but hide imp details like this.
Also I don't stay in any metropolitan city anymore, where dineout can be used. So keeping the amount in wallet is a complete waste for me.
I complained to their team and they just tell me that they will get back in 24 hours but never revert. Please help me get my money back and take strict action on the dineout people for misleading the customer.
