Dineout — Dineout Not refunding the payment made that restaurant didn't accepted

I have booked a reservation of 10 guest through dineout app for "64/6 - Country Inn & Suites by Radisson" restaurant and did the payment of r.s 5967 after discount. But the restaurant didn't accepted that payment and ask us to pay directly to them then only they will allow us to the restaurant.
Restaurant also assured that the amount that i paid through dineout will get refunded when dineout people will reach to restaurant about the same issue.
Same time while in the restaurant i also had a word with dineout customer executive and he also told me to sent an email about the same query and it will get resolved.
I have invited 10 guests and getting confirmed from dineout customer executive about the payment refund, i paid the money to restaurant "64/6 - Country Inn & Suites by Radisson" by the mode of POS.

I raised the complaint for the refund through email while sitting in the restaurant.

I have provided the Bill receipt that i received from restaurant, dineout ensured that i will get money in 7 days and now the whole week has been passed and still i have not received any text or mail through them, nobody even responds well to this situation.

Please help in this situation, this is really frustrating.
I am struggling to get my own money back.
