Ticket id in dineout complain 640536
i had made a payment but the restaurant did no receive it..i called customer care and they told to make the payment once more by the link provided by the restaurant and the 2nd payment succeeded
they told the 1st payment which was not credited to restaurant will be refunded in 2days and more than 15days has passed still on refund..i call the customer care, mailed several times but they give excuses that they are unable to contact with the restaurant and they will solve the issue within 48hrs …everytime i get to hear this..i have also seen lots of complaints in their twitter account also..
