Dineout — Not refunding the payment made in wrong restaurant

We made a payment in the wrong restaurant "The Penthouze" through the Dineout and later paid the money by the mode of Phonepe. The next day i registered a complaint for the refund with both invoices, dineout ensured that i will get money in 3 days and now the whole week has been passed and still i have not recieved any text or mail through them, nobody even responds well to this situation. The complaint Reference ID: 690019 and the amount is 3025 rupees. Please help in this situation, this is really frustrating. I am struggling to get my own money back.
