[Resolved]  Dineout — rejection of 1+1 buffet by restaurant and reimb amount promised by customer care

I booked the k3 restaurant of jw marriot on 11 dec 2019 8.30 pm. Gourmet pass confirms 1+ 1 is available. But when we reached restaurant we sat on table and talked to manager, they denied the gourmet pass and we faced embarrassment. After that i talked to customer care and they said 1+1 is available but restaurant denied after conversing with customer care they informed on call that extra amount will be reimbursed as it was dineout mistake that we were not updated that k3 is not accepting dineout for dinner. It already had ahppened several times in the past as well

I have sent dineout bill and other details it was mentioned on chat that their executive confirmed that 1+1 is available for dinner at k3 as i was aware that they will later refuse everything. Now i am following up with dineout for almost 29 days and nobody is responding anything. It is such a mental harassment dineout is giving me. I almost called 30 35 times they put on hold for 10 12 mn and then say our time will call you and they never call.

Request you to help me in getting my amount back and also take some strict actions against dineout so that no one will be harassed by them. By giving the wrong information they are already earning alot which is not right. Alrady too many issues in our country is already happening due to wrong source of information that has been spread. This has to stop somewhere. Its hard earned money that they dont care about and making profits based on lies because if they are incapable of maintaining these services, they should not enter into the same.
