On 1-mar-2021 I reserved restaurant for dinner with my family at pind Baluchi (crossing republic).Reservation was confirm on the app.After dinner we asked restaurant manager to pay via done out, but he Denys to accept dine out payment and asked us to pay via another mode.Hence we had to pay by another mode but our problem is we top up mycash walled by rs.1500 which went unused.
We thought to use them to another restaurant listed on dine out in my area but maximum are not accepting dineout payment.
I request you to refund the topup amount as it's being very embarrassing to ask restaurant before dining whether they are accepting dineout or out.
I just don't want to go through this hassle and insult, hence please refund the amount as it's our hard earn money and its not our mistake to top up the amount in advance. Was this information helpful? |
