[Resolved] Dish TV — dish tv still not active even after paying the recharge amount | |||||
I had recharged my dishtv account recently after my dishtv account got switched off. I received no conformation message regarding the due date. Normally i recharge my dishtv in advance but sometimes i foreget and as i get no conformation it becomes difficult for me to know the due date. Even after i recharge my dishtv account the page shows 102 error message. I tried calling the customer service. They said a technician will have to visit and something is wrong with the set top box. But i get the dish advertisements on the box everytime i turn it on. This has happened with me multiple times. Everytime the payment time exceeds the due date even if a day. They do this and when pay the amount. The amount is deducted from my account and then no service is provided. Then i have to pay for the techinican visit. They are simply cheating their customer with fake promises. I have been a customer of dishtv since 2010 and even referred the product to few of my friends and relatives but now i feel sorry for that. The service has degraded through all these years. Now all i want to know is how can i get my recharge money refunded thats all. If anyone reading this please help me with that.
