[Resolved]  Dish TV — Recharge not credited to my account.

I recharged my HD DISH TV account on 1st April, 2014 using my net banking account for Rs. 300.00. I received a confirmation message from Dish TV that the recharge is successful and have received a confirmation email (see below) from their payment gateway, Rechargeitnow.com. However, for some reason, the recharge amount was never credited to my Dish TV account. I called their customer support and they say that they not received the recharge amount. Then, they ask me to contact via email. Since, the last days, I have written several emails, but all I get is an automated message. This is really frustrating. I want my money now. I would request the general public to avoid Dish TV for their poor service and for no concern for their viewers. They recharged my Dish TV account later, however, they did not intimate me that the are finally recharging my TV account. Also, why Rechargeit now responded, why Dish TV is silent on this matter??
