[Resolved]  Dish TV — wrong vc recharge

Dear Concerned, I have Recharged my Dish TV On 22 november time of 05:01pm 2014 Via Online (Paytm) of Rs 250/- but by mistake recharged done on wrong VC ([protected]) instead of [protected]. Regarding that we had word with customer care and they have given a link http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/EmailUs/email-us.aspx and told that mail us all details like wrong vc no, original vc no, recharged amount, date, order no. and followed the same and sent all the details on same mentioned link. 1) My paytm recharge order no is[protected] 2 )Payment detail bank of india cc transaction no 433253 3)wrong vc no [protected] 4)my vc no [protected] (pravin kumar) 5)recharge date 22/11/2014 time 05:01pm
