My dish circumstances. harged and valid till 19/2/2014 but since today morning signals have been stopped and It is not working many times we tried to reset set top box as suggested by customer care representative but not got reset. when we switch on the power of set top box it start booting then epg is upgrading service list appears and after few second "303 Re-install services appears it says press ok of your remote to reinstall channel and services when we press ok then installation failed is appearing and channel search window showstuning home transponder 0% and rest everything shows 0 only. It's same problem with my DishTV too, they deactivated viewing card the next day of the expiry and even after making the payment the didn't activated. i have called customer care and waited to for 11 minutes and happened this frequently and i lost all the credit in ma cell phone and these people never answer the call until our all credit run out. Calling customer care means they charge 2 rs per minutes and u need hear their nonsense offer to get to the trouble to reach the support team. Still no one will answer you.

My VC Number is [protected], I am receiving message 102. Viewing Card (VC) Deactivated from last 3 days, i contacted to Customer care, they assist me and sent their Technician From Belapur, Tal-SHrirampur, but he told that the 'VC card is not working you have to purchase new one' but why this is so, The Dish TV should give us New VC Card Free off charge. I think so. Other wise I dont want the services from DIsh TV. Too Many complaints are for this Problem I seen on website. The Company should rectify the problem as soon as possible.
