[Resolved]  DishTV — 102 - vc card deactivated

My vc card number is [protected]. I have been receiveing the 102 vc card deactivated message since 2 days, and my dish is disconnected. I am due for recharge only in August 2014. I would like to know what is the problem ??!! Kindly look into the matter and advise. Thanks

My VC number [protected] is De-Activated. My recharge due date is 26 June 2017. I have done last recharge on 17 Jan 2017. I am not able to watch channels since 29 march 2017. Also I have called customer care but they give arrogant answers to customers. I am not at all satisfied with service.
