[Resolved] DishTV — amount of recharge has not been credited into the account of dish tv vide vsc no,.[protected]

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that, today (25.11.2017) i had made a payment of rs 538/- (Rupees five hundred and thirty eight only) towards recharge of dish tv account for three months (Conversion from welcome pack with effect from 26.11.2017) vide vsc no [protected] through secure payment gateway site of dishtv named cc avenue.

Amount of rs 538/- (Transaction id 385767) has been debited from my icici credit card account however same has not yet credited in my dishtv account.

As per the payment gateway of dish tv, ccavenue, they have confirmed that the payment of rs 538 has been forwaded to dish tv account vide transaction order no. Vq[protected] and cc avenue ref no.[protected]

Unfortunately, from today onward, service of dishtv has been susoended.

Kindly look into this matter urgently
