[Resolved] DishTV — bad service and unnecessarily active the channel | |
I am regular customer of dish tv since last 10 years, i have recharged my dish tv before a week for 3 month but unnecessarily dish tv has started active movie tv with out my request and deducted 70 rs from my recharge money. I have complain it many times in your customer care center but no one gave me the proper answer. One executive has promise me to revert back my deducted amount in my account but it will be not done so again call to customer care center and get replied that due to month end it has not credited but starting of july it will be credited. It's regret to tell you that still the deducted amount is not credited in my account. The matter is not of rs but your poor service. I want my amount back otherwise i will go in consumer forum and switch over to tata sky Was this information helpful? | |

my available balance is end date 10/08/2018
but channels are not working, its display low a/c balance
i cant expect from dishtv
iam the customer for last 5 years
its not fair
