DishTV — Dish TV is Bluffing their customers & have worst customer care facility | |||
The Customer care facility provided by the Dish Tv is not for the problem resolving of customers, but it seems like to irritate the customers and they forget about their problems. My VC NO. is- [protected] V. R. Sastry I had recharged my dish Tv for 1 year subscription with highest package with them ie; Royal Pack which i decided with the list of channels which was been there at the time of my subscription, in that case i have been paid all the channels that were there at the time of my subscription for complete 1 year. So, i should be getting those channells without intreption for complete 1 year. This is just like, if once a customer has been booked for a period then has be a part for any how and they can delete the channels as how many as they want. Then whats the use of looking for channels while choosing a Package. Earlier i was using Tata Sky & Sun direct in both the services were far better then this Dish tv. the channels alloted were not at ever changed till recharged subscription was over. Once one channel was been removed but after my recharged subscription was over then in my next recharge that channel was removed. This is the way to treat their old customers. Where as Dish is looking out only new customers even neglecting their oldies. And even though when i called the customer care for this case regarding why did you removed the channel when I have recharged this pack for 12 months. Then they started this channel by activating as alacarte and deducting my account without any my consent. When i again called the customer care the guy i talked to was Mr. Purshottam and that too he was not at all revealing his name, when i warned him that this conversation is been recorded by me then he revealed his name & he argued with me that I had send the request for the activation and the charge for one month that has been deducted will not be refunded back. they were completely irritative at that time & then i realised that the Dish tv was completely trying to bluff their customers in this manner. You can imagine how much profit are getting with these strategies for eg. if N no. of customers from a single city asking for this issue and they turn on in the same manner then they getting out with a Ratio of N x 65 Rs from customers. We all should get awarred of these sales strategies. should ask for what we are paying for... I am having the tele conversation recordings with me, & i will se how far i could go with this issue.
