[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv not showing dd news | |||
Dish tv has stopped broadcasting dd news for last two weeks in navi mumbai. I complained the them to which they replied as follows: Dear mr. Joshi, Thank you for writing to dish tv. We regret to inform you that dd news channel is currently not available on Our platform. We wish to inform you that we have shared with the concerned team, who Will certainly evaluate it and take appropriate action for making your Experience with us seamless and delightful. Please note that the information regarding new channels and services is Communicated regularly to our customers through channel 96, sms, emails, & Voice messages. Request you to access the same in order to stay updated. Happy viewing! Regards, Meenakshi Customer service Dishtv It is mandatory for all dth service providers to broadcast certain dd channels in india. Dd news is one of them. Further i complained to ministry of information and broadcasting on the following mail ids: [protected]@gov.in [protected]@gmail.com There is no response from the ministry.
