DishTV — missing channels in dishtv platform

There are many hd boquets listed in sony website but in the dishtv
Platform those are not provided to the user even after 6 months.

Also, sony india english hd bouquet should consist of 3 channels, but in
Dishtv platform only 2 channels are provided even after paying the full amount for the pack (20rs).

Star premium hd packs are also not provided by dishtv. When i contacted the customer care they say they will update it as soon as possible, but even after 6 months no action has been taken to add the missing channels (Hbo hd, sony espn hd) in their platform. Stupid people ask me to take sd channels instead of hd channels. If i want to watch sd channels then why the hell will i buy an hd set top box?

Also, dishtv has different alignment for south and north india? Seriously? They can provide the channels in north but not in south. And after taking the money from us they can not even provide all the channels/broadcaster boquets properly.

This isn't ethical. I am very much dissatisfied with dishtv.

Dishtv is a failure compared to tatasky in making user friendly channel boquets. I dont want to continue with dishtv after my current subscription ends.

Hello,

Taking the feedback is not the solution for the issue. You have to act on it as soon as possible to fecilitate Subscribers what they deserve. If you add more HD channels/HD Boquets after 1month/6month/1yr/10yr, Then No use of it. Slowly you will see your subscriber base getting reduced once Set top box portability comes into the picture.

So, can you please commit a date when you can add more HD bouquets in platform?

As im paying for channels which i watch why shud i pay for it if im not watching it after the program? Their lock in period is well planned cheating customers . please remove this dish tv. You have no rights to block the channels. You r peoples worker. Pls do what we want. Do force to watch wat you give us.

We had suspended “lock-in” on our packs temporarily, to ensure a smooth migration of customers to the new tariff regime of TRAI. We have reinstated the lock-in policies now and assure you that these are well communicated and fair, in keeping with the TRAI guidelines.

Hello, i am nipun. I am using dish tv connection. Suddenly my signals are nor coming in my disg last from three days. I called on customer care number and he told me that with in 24hrs one of person will visit at my address and he will be solve my problem. But still my problem is not solve.

Maine 2 mahine ke recharge ke paise pay kiye lekin company ne mera 1 month ka hi pack activate kiya Maine company main call kiya muje bola gaya Ki 250 ka Recharge our 200 technician charge but maine technician ko total 700 pay kiye the fir bhi muje 1 month ka recharge kiw nahi mila
