DishTV — Mr Venkatiesh ( worst CEO - DishTV) - worst DishTV customer support and subscription service ever | |||
Mr Venkatiesh ( CEO DishTV) I highly recommend you to either switch job from dishtv or fire your customer support team and listen to customer care calls yourself. I am highly disappointed with your customer care service. They are Very unprofessional and have scripted replies with zero solutions. Customer pays for a channel which should be available immediately for view but if not available and customer don't make call in next 24 hours, we have actually wasted our money because Dishtv has a policy of not supporting such calls and just rip-off people. They have not mentioned anywhere about the expiration date/validity of bonus points so that customer can be aware o[censored]sing them in time. No customer loyalty policy is there. I have been using dishtv for the last 7 years(approx) and still no value. I have lost over 1000 points because customer care didn't told me the validity period though I have asked them. Mr Chandan Prasad from dish-tv email support team called me and accused me of not keeping track of expiration date. If they don't have it on their website(myaccount), how can I track it. He also accused me of not asking customer care if not on website. Arey baba how will I know if these points will actually get expired. Amazingly, they have removed the misleading page of Movie on demand channel from my account just while i was on call with them...wow that was fast. I am quite sure this mail will go unread or will get reply with zero satisfaction but I just wanted the team to know the reasons of me discontinuing Dishtv finally. I am going to renew it for one month and the last time now to check out taka-sky or airtel digital..Forums are full of complaints and if you read them.. Maximums issues are same. I believe Dishtv must have a separate city to establish a customer care center to accommodate more people as this issues with their service needs more hiring equivalent to a city. No reputation management system is there to listen to customer queries and answer them with more empathy. Sorry Mr. Ventatiesh for choosing Dishtv and keeping it for 7 years. I wish when people search your name on google, you will find it on top linked to customer care forum. You should know what pathetic company you are associated with or I would say you have not managed properly.
