[Resolved] DishTV — old vc no recharge | |
By mistakely i have done wrong recharge of my old dishtv vc no instead of my new vc no so i called your customer service and sent emails as i was told which was to be resolved within 24 hrs but here i am 55 hrs +. I do understand the situation right now but the thing is that day to day the amount is being reduced from my old vc no and my new vc no is shut down so please kindly transfer the amount as soon as possible below are the details and i have also attached a invoice file for your info. Mar 26, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Email them them your old vc no, new vc no, recharge amount, date and time(approx), transaction id or if through done by paytm operator id. And tell them to transfer it.mine was done within 2 days.
