Recharged online with debit card through paytm wallet Rs.3240 on 17.12.2016 but even after 3 days i.e. after passing of 64 hours did not receive balance confirmation from dish tv. According to paytm they have transfered fund to dish tv. My vc no is. [protected]. Sms Received from Axis Bank for payment: Your a/c 554956 is debited INR 1859.00 on[protected]:00:19 A/c Bal is INR 27439.44 Info: PUR/Aadhaar Retailing Ltd/GODHRA//Seq No[protected] Sms received from paytm: You have made a payment of Rs. 3240.00 at Dish Infra for Order Id PTM-3696197. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues. Kindly help as today is my switch of date of connection. Even before recharge of 3 days prior to switch off date my connection is about to get switch off.
