[Resolved] DishTV — refund of excess payment | |||
Dt: 30/03/19, mob: [protected], vc no. [protected], name: krishnan Incidence: while recharging with upi to dishtv, by mistake i made an excess payment of rs.3946/- I immediately complained & got the reply from dishtv.. Response fm [protected]@dishtv.in : "we have taken your request for payment reversal request for the Payment of rs.3946 which you did on 30/03/2019 against vc no. [protected]. Your request number is:[protected]." "as per our records our team told that amount will be Refunded in customer source account within 7 to 10 working days." But it's already 15 days, i ve not got d refund. They r not responding by mail. Over phone they say, they ve escalated d issue & will refund shortly. But no refund has been done.. I had called for several times to the concerned dish TV but they are least bothered to respond us. Even though if they receive the call they say they will update it but it is not done . I request you to take some action against the following cable operator..

Past four days waiting for the person to come and rectify the issue. No one as turned up. Extreme disappointment from the customer service team, they place your call on hold and finally disconnect the call. Tried calling then number of times.
