[Resolved] DishTV — services not provided after successful recharge | |||
Hi team, Please help me from this dish tv customer care who are not at all providing service for the recharge amount of 483 rupees recharged on 2nd of december. First they said they did not receive my money. Confirms in many emails. I have made complaing with icici raised sr and and the bank took 1 month and confirmed that dish tv account has been credited with 483 rupees successfully and gave the below transaction details Operator id: arec11057560 Vc no.: [protected] Payment amount: 483 Transaction id:[protected]dr41yy3 Image. Png Transaction date:[protected] Bank/ wallet name: icici/payzapp. I have gave all the details icici bank gave all the details and emails but still this dish tv customer care is not at all taking care please help me in this issue. We are living in a modern world where technology has grown so far that these people are not able to trace my money and not at all replying to my emails. I have emailed to nodal officers also but they are also not responding. Please help me to get back my amount else service. Im very frustrated with their service and their responses.
