I need please clarify, why your are not tell before recharge, your box is out of model, simply told you dvr is deactivated condition need recharge first to activate. Afert recharge my account, i ask to active then only told dvr need to change without proper reason. But i told not able to pay for new one not new one refurnised dvr and please return my money. But again, only you told not refundable only option is get the refurnised dvr. Two days gone but no proper reponse clearly, why my dvr is not able to active same answer repeatedly change the dvr and charges need to pay. I have go through and asked what are the dvr models supported, simply manager replied about software version. Then i clarify not software i need hardware details, he asked few mins to find it. But as a customer i know the dvr model supported by you. But old version which is ch-7900 is supported and my dvr ch-7900s hd is not supported. Which is higher version i asked he told need 24 hrs to discussion about that.. And tell you. And also ask why your not tell about hardware not supported at time of recharge with clearly software and hardware reason. He told a good story for example you have andriod phone old phone will not support new software version and new phone only support. But my question is old phone supported older verion also working right now in the market. Why you push me to buy new one. As per your details old dvr is supported with old version and new one is with latest version according to your explanation am i right. So your not able to provide good solution till now, totally blaming hide the truth. Asking time only... Note : My sundirect is working for 15 years without hassel. But yours only few years need to change dvr. How they provide for old dvr till now properly viewing. Nobody have old dvr before 2013 purchased customers. Totally all connection who bought before 2013 has changed to new dvr.in my place itself have old dvr using your service. Why you have uncompatible hardware to me. You think people (Customer) are foolish. Regards, Jaganathan. Simple told refurbished setup box need purchase and technical person visiting charge totally around 700. Not refundable my recharge amount 546 and also not provide free of cost service new box. They repeating the same everyone in customer care. Without changing the words. My box is purchased dishtv truehd+ with recording facility in 2013. My box is good condition. Only problem is not able update software to active. But pushing me buy new refurbished one to solve.
