[Resolved]  DishTV — setup box truehd+ activation issue

Dishtv provider told like below.

I need please clarify, why your are not tell before recharge, your box is out of model, simply told you dvr is deactivated condition need recharge first to activate.

Afert recharge my account, i ask to active then only told dvr need to change without proper reason. But i told not able to pay for new one not new one refurnised dvr and please return my money. But again, only you told not refundable only option is get the refurnised dvr. Two days gone but no proper reponse clearly, why my dvr is not able to active same answer repeatedly change the dvr and charges need to pay.

I have go through and asked what are the dvr models supported, simply manager replied about software version. Then i clarify not software i need hardware details, he asked few mins to find it. But as a customer i know the dvr model supported by you. But old version which is ch-7900 is supported and my dvr ch-7900s hd is not supported. Which is higher version i asked he told need 24 hrs to discussion about that.. And tell you. And also ask why your not tell about hardware not supported at time of recharge with clearly software and hardware reason.

He told a good story for example you have andriod phone old phone will not support new software version and new phone only support.

But my question is old phone supported older verion also working right now in the market. Why you push me to buy new one.

As per your details old dvr is supported with old version and new one is with latest version according to your explanation am i right.

So your not able to provide good solution till now, totally blaming hide the truth. Asking time only...

Note :
My sundirect is working for 15 years without hassel. But yours only few years need to change dvr. How they provide for old dvr till now properly viewing.

Nobody have old dvr before 2013 purchased customers. Totally all connection who bought before 2013 has changed to new dvr.in my place itself have old dvr using your service.

Why you have uncompatible hardware to me. You think people (Customer) are foolish.

Simple told refurbished setup box need purchase and technical person visiting charge totally around 700.

Not refundable my recharge amount 546 and also not provide free of cost service new box.

They repeating the same everyone in customer care. Without changing the words.

My box is purchased dishtv truehd+ with recording facility in 2013. My box is good condition. Only problem is not able update software to active. But pushing me buy new refurbished one to solve. Customer care toll number give by dishtv.

I have send mail to customer care reply is empty they only call back.

I need derailed clarification about my hard related details when purchased and when it's not supported., Why you given incompatible hardware, other service providers also doing the same to change the DVR within few years. At the time of purchase, how much amount i can paid, for purpose you collected money. My DVR is in good condition without any fault. the load software properly and 301 error displayed your vc is in deactivated mode. But simply told error will show to me need to change. Please exact reason needed in mail not in call. Only detailed mail need to submit to consumer complaints.

48 hour gone... Already 5 members called to me pay money for refurbished DVR not new one you know and also old DVR need to return. Why I already paid at starting for Old DVR. Totally.

But no proper answer why working DVR is not able to activate.

He should not tell at time of recharge need the change the DVR. Then cs person 546 recharged amount is not refundable and connection also not activate, only i pay Refurbished DVR then only ..

How any times i need to change DVR two year or three...

Hello you give Hassel to again to me i have sent already vc no on this website. Which will ask at time of complaint.

Don't give torture to me..

Now also get call customer care floor super visior told need to pay amount refurbished DVR and technician charge. From first day itself telling the same thing .. money to pay.

Till no answer for question. My connection is not SD its new technology HD+.

At time 2013 purchased by me, now within three years your manager told need to change the DVR without any proper reason.

But my DVR is good condition is says 301 error. But my viewing card says deactivated. Software's also loaded properly ...

What is the issue.. why I need to change DVR. Any hardware issue means it don't show anything in screen. It will show properly error message card is in deactivated mode.

48 hours gone till analysing the from each time of calling ask time analyse... First call itself ask every time but no solutions at next call only money need to refurbished DVR.

My question truehd+ is old technology. You cs and manager told like this box is old.

Truehd+ is old connection for company right . Please answer here itself...

Today comment support is also same from first. I already told please use my vc no to call me. Again why you are asking mobile number.

Sir simply time passing the DISHTV Brand to supporting as give mobile only as comments for .. please check here two are same.. nothing they tried to give solution here...

Take time . Please return my subscription amount 546 . Because I am not viewed you channel's .0.1 secs. Its in deactivated mode. So kindly return my money to get from govt cable connection. My mother is asking to see Tv. I hope understand 3 days

I have requested the DISHTV customer care to put the solution and comments here only. But no valuable comments here .

So
What to do?.

Because dishtv call centre is not link with dishtv mailing team.

If any thing ask from call centre executive to we have no permission to check the mail.

How they can solve. He is telling no link with mailing team ..

So sad many customer affected by this..
